Primary type information: Primary type material: 42 syntype workers, 10 syntype queens, 3 syntype males. Primary type locality: Suriname: Paramaribo (G.H. Bünzli). Primary type depository: unknown (LaPolla, 2004a: 50). Type notes: Possible depositories include BMNH, THZS (both mentioned in Bünzli text), and MZSP.
