Type notes: 1) Baroni Urbani, 1977e: 74, cites 1 worker syntype in NHMB. 2) The worker in NHMB is labeled 'D. gracilipes May/Friedrichsi For type/Cochinchina'. 3) There is a series of 5 workers in MNHU with type labels, of which only one has an original label. This label has the name and 'type' in the same handwriting as Forel syntypes in MHNG, but has the male symbol. There is no locality label. 4) 5 worker and 3 male syntypes in MHNG. [Z. Lieberman 2024]
