Primary type information: Primary type material: syntype workers (number not stated). Primary type locality: India?/Iran?: Consulate Garden, Nasartabad, Seistan, xi-xii.1918 (N. Annandale & S.W. Kemp). Primary type depository: stated as NZSI but no material known to exist. Type notes: 1) No state data, India?, Iran?; place name “Seistan” is traditionally in Iran. 2) Technomyrmex incisus does not appear in either Bharti et al., 2016: 20 (India checklist), or Paknia et al., 2008: 155 (Iran checklist).
