Primary type specimens: CASENT0915101, MZSP0078131. Type notes: 1) B. Bolton cites type material as a holotype worker. However, Santschi, 1925b: 6, does not state the number of type specimens. There are two workers (CASENT0915101 in NHMB, MZSP0078131 in MZSP) labelled as syntypes, so it would appear that the type series consisted of at least 2 syntype workers. 2) Ulysséa et al., 2025: Table S1, cite 1 syntype worker in MZSP.
