Primary type information: Primary type material: holotype worker. Primary type locality: Korea: Kaesong Prov., San-chon tong, ca 10 km. from Daesong, 8.vi.1970 (Mahunka & Steinmann). Primary type depository: HNHM. Secondary type information: Secondary type material: 11 paratype workers. Secondary type localities: 9 paratype workers with same data as holotype, with collection numbers 87, 118, 119, 2 paratype workers Korea: Kangwon Prov., Kum-gang san, 1970 (Mahunka & Steinmann). Secondary type depository: HNHM. Type notes: Collection number of holotype is not cited.
