Type notes: 1) No indication of number of specimens is given. 2) The original description implies only a single specimen, which Eguchi, 2001a: 10, has designated as lectotype. 3) Type locality is given as Singapore by Chapman & Capco, 1951: 141, but there is no evidence that this is correct.
