Primary type specimen: CASENT0902785. Type notes: 1) 1 worker in BMNH confirmed by Bolton (unpublished notes) 1978. 2) Originally more than one specimen as Smith, 1858a says “Length 8-9½ lines”, and more than one locality “Hunter River, &c.”
