Wheeler) (invalid restriction of type locality by Kempf, 1972b: 126; no lectotype designated), Puerto Rico: Utuado, Monte Mandios, Coamo Springs, and Vega Baja, all dated iii.1906 (W.M. Wheeler). 2) Shattuck, 1994: 126, cites ca 48 worker, 1 queen syntypes (ca 33w, 1q MCZC, 15w MHNG). 3) Neither Shattuck, 1994 nor Wild, 2007a mention syntype males.
