Primary type information: Primary type material: 8 syntype workers, 1 syntype queen. Primary type locality: Democratic Republic of the Congo (“Belgian Congo”): Medje, stomach Bufo superciliaris, polycercus, funereus, tuberosus (H.O. Lang)). [On at least one syntype is the label: Medje, 27°15’E, 2°25’N, stomach Bufo tuberosus.] Primary type depositories: AMNH, LACM, MCZC.
