Type notes: 1) Ward, 1984: 138, reports holotype not in MNHU. 2) Perhaps the holotype is in the part of Viehmeyer’s collection in SMTD. 3) Ward, 1984: 139, observes that specimens (probably from the original series) are in MSNG and NHMB, with the data: New Caledonia: Ngoyé, 19.ix.1911.
