Primary type information: Primary type material: syntype workers (number not stated). Primary type locality: Australia: N Western Australia, Derby, no. 397 (J.G. Campbell). Primary type depositories: NHMB, OXUM. Primary type specimen: CASENT0915133. Type notes: 1) Baroni Urbani, 1973b: 129, cites 1 worker syntype in NHMB. 2) Perhaps also deposited in MVMA as Clark, 1936: 24, had a syntype and “ a dozen specimens from the type nest”.
