Type notes: 1) Original description cites 3 worker syntypes. 2) Heterick, 2006: 128, dates the type material as 24.vii.-5.viii.1943, no. 1423, but Weber, 1943d’s introduction (p. 264) indicates that all collecting took place in vii.-viii.1939, with the 3 syntypes dated 4.viii., no.1423 (p. 362) (Bolton, 1987: 397).
