Leptogenys khammouanensis Roncin & Deharveng, 2003: 920, fig. 1 (w.) LAOS. Indomalaya.

Primary type information: Type-material: holotype worker. Type-locality: Laos: (Khammouan), Tham Nam Non, 185 m., 15.ii.1999, LAO-070, several km. inside cave, hand collecting (J. Lordon & J.F. Vacquié). Type-depository: MNHN. Secondary type information: Paratype-material: 2 paratype workers. Paratype-locality: same as for holotype. Paratype-depository: ERPC.

Status as species: Xu & He, 2015: 154 (in key); Jaitrong et al., 2016: 42; Arimoto & Yamane, 2018: 26 (in key).
