Marcineiro & Lattke, 2024: 21, cites Roger as the collector of the original Venezuela material. 3)
MacKay & MacKay, 2010: 342, state that, “previous records of this species, ranging from Costa Rica south to Bolivia, are apparently misidentifications of
Pachycondyla impressa.” But
Marcineiro & Lattke, 2024: 23 (in text) affirm its presence in Costa Rica.
