Type notes: 1) Original syntype data: Georgia (“Kavkaz”): Tiflis, Mushtaid Garden, vii. and viii., 1899 and 1900 (K.A. Satunin), ZMUM (lost) (Dlussky et al., 1990: 212). 2) Salata & Borowiec, 2018a: 4, cite a further 22 workers, 7 queens, 2 males from the same series as the neotype, deposited in DBET, MHNG, MSNG, NHMB.
