Tapinoma emeryanum Kuznetsov-Ugamsky, 1927d: 35, figs. 1-8 (w.q.m.) KAZAKHSTAN, UZBEKISTAN. Palearctic.

Primary type information: Primary type material: syntype workers, syntype queens, syntype males (numbers not stated). Primary type localities: Kazakhstan: Ak-Tash, 2400 m., 29.vi.1922 (N.N. Kuznetzov-Ugamsky), Uzbekistan: N of Tashkent, between Tamerlanovka and Bugunyu (N.N. Kuznetzov-Ugamsky). Primary type depositories: NHMB, SIZK (perhaps also ZMUM). Primary type specimens: CASENT0911577, CASENT0917850. Type notes: 1) Baroni Urbani, 1977e: 86, and Shattuck, 1994: 142, cite 6 worker, 1 queen, 1 male syntypes in NHMB. 2) Radchenko et al., 2024: 284, cite 1 worker syntype in SIZK.
