Primary type information: Type-material: holotype queen. Type-locality: Japan: Gifu Pref., Gifu City, Obusa, 1.xi.1991 (K. Yamauchi). Type-depository: NIAS. Secondary type information: Paratype-material: 62 paratype queens, 58 paratype males. Paratype-localities: 30 paratype queens, 3 paratype males with same data as holotype, 23 paratype males with same data as holotype but 4.ix.1990 (Furutaki), 22 paratype queens, 22 paratype males Gifu Pref., Kagamihara City, 16.ix.1990 (K. Kinomura), 10 paratype queens, 10 paratype males Gifu Pref., Kaizu, 21.iii.1991 (K. Yamauchi). Paratype-depositories: KKPC, KYPC, NIAS.
