Primary type information: Primary type material: holotype worker. Primary type locality: Georgia: Kodzhori, nr Tiflis (= Tbilisi), 1.vii.1912 (Nevodovski). Primary type depository: SIZK. Primary type specimen: CASENT0917040. Type notes: 1) A lectotype mentioned by Radchenko, 1994f: 77, is redundant as Karavaiev, 1926c states “1 worker”. 2) Radchenko et al. 2025 say that the holotype is in SIZK (it was originally in IZTG).
