Type notes:
1) Wilson, 2003a: 661, refers to a holotype major worker, but 2 specimens were cited by Emery in the original description. 2) Other original syntype locality: minor workers (dubiously associated), Bolivia: Coroico Canton, and Chilumani-Yungas (L. Balzan).
