Type notes: 1) Original description cites 57 workers, 1 queen as syntypes. 2) Lectotype labelled by Radchenko & Elmes, 2000; this designation was not published. Lectotype designation reiterated by Radchenko & Elmes, 2010: 187, with 5 paralectotype workers cited.
