Primary type information: Primary type material: syntype workers (number not stated, “many”), 6 syntype queens, 1 syntype (?) male. Primary type locality: Cuba: Cienfuegos, Soledad, Limones Seboruco, 22.iii.1933 (N.A. Weber). Primary type depositories: LACM, MCZC, USNM, MZSP. Type notes: The male was not collected with the workers and queens but on a different day (30.viii.1933), from “sweepings nearby”. It is perhaps best not to regard it as type-material.
