Type notes: 1) Seifert, 2000a: 525, cites 3 worker, 4 queen, 1 male syntypes in NHML. 2) Seifert & Schultz, 2021: 199, record the holotype as a queen, but Kutter, 1967a: 229, 230, 233 (in measurement tables), lists 3 holotypes, one each for worker, queen and male: hence all are syntypes.
